What does rent include?

At Ambassador Apartments the rent is all inclusive. The following utilities are covered in your rent: Heat, hot water, electricity, garbage, recycling, water, sewer, snow removal, 24 hour maintenance, and assisted housekeeping service. The only expenses here not covered are tv / telephone / wifi, parking and laundry. Coin-Op machines are located in every building ($1.00 each) and there is a $50 parking permit fee good for the entire school year.
