Can we have pets?

The pet policy here allows cats and various other critters to be kept as pets. For cats there is a $300 pet deposit of which $50 is non-refundable. We do not allow dogs as pets here at the apartments. In most cases if it lives in a cage it is ok. Fish are ok too but any aquarium holding more that 10 gallons of water requires you to provide proof of renters insurance.
