Do I have to move out on graduation day?

We are proud of our tenants and what they have accomplished and expect them to take that time to celebrate with family and friends. Our leases run until the Sunday after graduation. This allows our tenants to graduate and THEN move out to take the pressure off of what should be a joyous weekend.
